間接鼓勵人們發表不負責任的言論，甚至做出不負責任的行為有關注青年的組織，留意近期網絡欺凌的情況，社工如何協助受影響的學生
面對這些網絡的負面發展，我們又應該如何自處水能載舟，亦能覆舟，有些傷害比身體傷害更深
每個人雖然也有權利去利用不同的途徑來發表個人意見，但請不好濫用這些權利及途徑了，好嗎為什麼要這樣可不可以和平點，同時亦懂得尊重星期日檔案 - 網絡欺凌

草莓乳酪蛋糕
今日因為感冒
所以難得在家好好地睡一覺
睡醒後再看看上次買的材料
如果不是那隻蠢牛, 還是快快用了那些材料
材料:
蛋糕底 / 天使蛋糕 6"
天使蛋糕
蛋白 5隻
砂糖50g
低筋粉20g
杏仁粉40g
溶牛油 15g
牛奶 20g
草莓乳酪
純乳酪 150g
砂糖 100g
忌廉 200g
魚膠片 10g 水
2湯匙
士多啤梨醬 150g
做法:
天使蛋糕
蛋白打起，砂糖分2-3次加入打發
篩入粉類小心切拌勻，加入牛奶、溶牛油拌勻
倒入模中，用預熱爐180度焗15-18分鐘
草莓乳酪
忌廉打起八成代用
乳酪和糖打勻
加入士多啤梨醬和忌廉拌勻
魚膠片坐溶，加入內拌勻
把蛋糕放入模內，加入1/3混合物，
再放下另一片的蛋糕，加入餘下的混合物，掃平面
雪2-3小時，可享用
我真的沒見過有人用嘖裝忌廉做蛋糕
, 而且手也不洗便直接接觸個蛋糕一點也不衛生
還是自己弄的好
下次弄什麼好呢
鬆缾也不錯教會的教友也說好好吃, 再者方便帶走, 回公司吃也不錯

奇妙的相遇
在新年時看一套我很喜歡的戲
而個故事令我想起另一套我很喜歡的戲 - 摘星奇緣(Notting Hill)這幾年一直找了也找不回DVD收藏, 於是在這個星期, 我便決心走遍大街小巷
務求要找回這套至今仍令我心動的戲
但所得到我答案是那套戲已經斷了好幾年了, 因為那間發行商已經結束了而版權也賣給另一個發行商, 可能要幾年後才會再出....
而當我回家後, 發現有人在yahoo中拍賣, 當然最後我亦都如願以償
其實這套戲的故事簡單一個荷里活大明星跟一個倫敦小書店東主的愛情故事不過最令我心動及喜歡女主角那句對白
"l'm also just a girl, standing in front of a boy, asking him to love her."
一個簡單的男人一個不跨張,不造作的男人, 而同時亦帶出2首很好聽的主題曲
